⊙产品说明:

  新型耐火炉衬制品。公司该产品颜色洁白、尺寸规整,能直接固定于工业窑炉炉壳钢板锚固钉上,具有良好的耐火隔热效果,提高了窑炉耐火隔热的整体性,推动了窑炉砌筑技术的进步分类温度1050-1400℃。


⊙产品特性:

v 由于重量轻,作为隔热材料时的吸热很少;

v 低导热性能带来高的节能效果;

v 具有抵抗任何热冲击的能力;   

v 陶瓷纤维毯在解除捆扎后会在不同方向上相互挤紧,不产生缝隙;

v 有弹性的纤维毯可以抵抗机械外力;

v 纤维毯的弹性可弥补炉壳的变形,使得组件之间不产生缝隙;

v 衬体无需烘干和养护,所以安装好以后便可立即投入使用;

v 锚固系统远离组件的热面,使得金属锚固件处在相对低的温度下;

v 处在模块背面的多种形式的锚固件使得模块的安装既可采用兵列式排列方式也可采用拼花地板式排列方式。

⊙安装方法:

    炉板除锈—>将模块螺栓焊接在炉壁板上—>取出模块—>将模块导向杆拧到螺杆的小头上—>将模块沿中心孔穿过导向杆靠到炉板上—>采用专用板手将螺母拧紧到螺杆上—>拧下导向杆—>依次进行其他模块的安装—>抽出模块中心塑料管—>拆开模块捆扎带—>压缩安装补偿毯—>安装下一排模块

⊙安装要求:

v 锚固钉焊接位置应准确,严格控制误差;

v 先将背衬层安装完毕,再施工纤维模块;

v 先安装炉顶模块再安装炉墙;

v 炉墙模块的安装应从底部开始向上安装;

v 顶与墙及墙与墙的链接处应压缩铺衬补偿毯;

v 模块的排列方式多采用同向“兵列式”,安装完一排模块后应按要求压缩铺衬补偿毯;
⊙表面修整:

v 折叠模块安装完成后应仔细检查,大于5mm的缝隙应填塞补偿毯;

纤维毯填塞完毕后,用方木板将折叠模块表面拍平

大型工业炉全纤维炉衬保温施工

选用金石陶纤模块作炉衬材料具有以下特点优势:
1、节能保温效果好,使用寿命长——新型陶瓷纤维耐火保温材料的复合结构,由高温陶瓷纤维背衬毯、高温陶瓷纤维模块、高温陶瓷纤维补偿毯、耐高温连接件、高温固化剂等合理组合装配而成。一般高温段的总保温厚度做到300~350mm,中温段总保温厚度做到250~300mm,低温段总保温厚度做到200~250mm即能达到良好的节能保温效果。气密性强,节能保温效果好,使用寿命长。
2、容重低、重量轻、蓄热低——平均容重为220kg/m3,是重质耐材的1/10、轻质保温砖的1/5,实现了窑顶窑墙的轻型化。
3、导热系数低——在600℃以上的高温状态下的导热系数仅为0.16~0.195W/Mk,节能保温效果好。
4、施工效率快——一般情况下,单纯的隧道窑窑顶全纤维施工,仅需8天左右即可完工。金石公司有12支专业的施工队伍,可安全快捷、保质保量的为客户提供专业的施工服务。
5、金石公司可为用户提供一系列产品,可根据不同窑炉温度及使用氛围的要求,生产用于不同温度的轻质节能筑炉陶瓷纤维模块。
